Nothing to like about this company, worst company I ever saw in my career.

Dislikes

1. Worst management. 2. Dont pay the salary 3. Fire on the same day once the project ks completed. 4. Owner has no ethics and very rude person. 5. No coding standard is followed. 6. They get done the most of the projects from the freshers which is a trash work.

There is nothing to like about this company. If anyone is looking for a job this company, better to stay in employed for few months and get the better offer from some other company.

Dislikes

Work culture is too bad. No human respect. Fires on the same day without any prior notice and without the salary. Salary gets delayed by months. Boss is too rude and weird person.

In my honest opinion for all freshers, you must join a company like TechnoGripper Solutions so that you'll be able to understand your job responsibility, work ethics, and task management.

Work Pressure is high, but it's fine; none of the companies will pay without pressure. It's part of a working professionals' life I think so.

I have worked with the founder - Paras Gaba directly just for 3-4 months. But he kind guy I have ever met, a highly knowledgable, experienced person for all your technical needs.

Dislikes

Pay-Scale is not that huge, as it boot-strapped company. But you can learn a lot from people working in TechnoGripper Solutions, just like Vijay Nimje, Nishu Verma, and Krati Aggarwal. I personally learned a lot of core things about the IT Industry especially from Paras.

I am honest and clear about my words. My experiences in Technogripper India was good but was very normal. The mentors, who were the owner of the company were expert in multiple works and they taught me many valuable things related to contents writing of different industries. My teammates were very friendly and cooperative natured people.

The work pressure.
