Quality Department really hard working, busy schedules of audits, day to day job inspection work. Management, Admin not actually do supportive role

Salary is decent for only 3 years for engineers. No further increment as per career point of view. Unfortunately working condition not suitable for engineers 😕

It is process equipment design and manufacturing company so the process engineer definitely get exposure from lab and pilot scale trials to final manufactured equipments and systems. Technoforce always tries to push their limit in field of process engineering. There are daily new challenges for process engineer to deal which I loved the most. As process engineer, one will get to work along with Piping and Structure engineers, instrumentation engineers, mechanical engineers which is very good learning experience. Overall work culture is also good. Employees are supportive too. Talking about management, hierarchy must be there for proper functioning of work. At my time, no proper hierarchy was there. Company policies are general as of other process engineering companies.

Dislikes

Lack of words of appreciation/encouragement along with salary which make employee push their boundary for company's benefit.

Skill development, knowledge sharing, exposure to technical expertise.

Dislikes

No work life balance, zero office culture, very toxic culture in Nashik, working hours rule is horrible, F&F settlement takes to much time & effort with hierarchical abuse. The working hours are not even in the drop down lists, its 8:30 to 6:30 with zero flexibility. You need to complete your lost hours or minutes in 8 working days or the whole day is considered as absent.

As a commissioning engineer you have to work in pilot plant as an operator. You have to take trials, and they can call you in shifts also. For experienced commissioning engineer it is not a suitable job. If you have experience in commissioning and you are thinking to join as a commissioning engineer please think twice before joining. Company is good but the working culture is not good.

Hitler ruled organization. They are claiming that Saturday/ Sunday is off however Saturday is compensated by working 1.5 hrs extra every day. Also, no tiffin box, no personal mobile is allowed in the company. You can't go outside the company gate once you enter inside. Management has done PHD in bulling and mental harassment.
