Office politics and employee favouritism by manager, also not giving chances to do the work Worst management process. This office is only for beginners to learn if you want to be a business development professional. Also in floor they will treat you like a shit (some of the dumb employee) Tl.acts like they are the boss. If they want to improve they will have to throw them and make a good valuable employees in that position.
