They provide salary on time..but don't follow a particular system which is not good for a good work life balance... You may get the chance to learn new things... salary is not good in terms of work load though it is good brand...only advantage you shall get a brand name which might help someone to get new job somewhere else. Work culture varies in different units of this brand's schools... all school are not affiliated.

No work-life balance....least salary in terms of workload ..internal politics

The company is open for the new talented as well as experienced professionals. If som5has ability then this company can be heaven for them.

Salary growth is not according to the work pressure and job responsibility.

The management cares a lot about paying salaries on time. PF is deposited as per norms. Infrastructure is well taken care of.

Dislikes

Some very senior Head Office officers are very lethargic in taking decisions and passing bills. This delays work related to development. Bills are cleared very late and vendors regularly ask the local office staff to clear dues.

We can see more infrastructural facilities in school environment.

Likes

Good work environment in the school. Most of the colleagues are supportive. Nice campus.

Dislikes

There is a lot of internal politics. It is difficult to get highlighted in front of the higher management even if good work is done. Head of the institution is very weak and gets bogged down to pressure from the parents or staff.
