...t you to sign a 3 year contract with low wages. There will be rotational shift . A little appraisal like yearly 500 add up in your monthly salary. 100% no job security any time they will kick you out of the office. And irritate you by keeping your certificates and curse you. For more than a year they won't provide experience certificate. Many employees getting suffer.The company culture the two heads will behave like a goons. Even they won't make us work you will be shifted to Equitas bank is the client company there also toxic people. You will be suffer with client company and management. At last you will not get good pay also . Because the company take 50% of the amount from your salary unknowingly from client side.
