This OEM manufacturing unit so lot of big customers like Panasonic, Havells, Polycab etc are associated. Can interact with customers and learn from them. It's totally family business so you have to interect with father mother son doughter in low in day to day basis. Culture is like big shop rather then a company.

It's shop rather than a company. 15% salary will be deducted for a year and return when you complete one year, but from10th months owner start making you frustrated so you leave job and that 15% will not be given to you that you was thinking as year saving. No one professional is working there for more then year. Wrok pressure is extremely high. Owners are thinking they purchased you for work. No holiday calendar and no leaves. Even no compensatory off if you work extera or Sundays. No payment rule. No salary slip. No joining letter. Very high risk for your carrier and personal life if you join them. Highly not recommended.

... Company is striving to draft and review their policies to benefit the employee. Job is secure and salary is always on time.

With growth comes reason to work and strive harder. Sometimes, work life balance goes for a toss. Overall, if learning and development is on your mind, clock shouldn't dictate your life.

1. Ambiguity in job roles and functions, you can be held responsible for other departments not doing their jobs and can be yelled using badwords including mothers and sisters by the lala. 2. They can hire you for something and ask to do something else or fire you in just a couple of months. Hence, nor a good choice if looking for stabilizing your career. 3. Women and girls joining staff to be advised to avoid this workplace as it's not safe with lala's behavior. 4. Politics and discriminatory behavior towards non patels and non gujaratis can reflect in company's culture and during appraisals.

Politics, company culture, don’t join this company, you will spoil your life and career . No job security, mgmt is worse ever I have seen, abusing languages are in their blood, employees are slave here.. Females should never join this company. They are not safe here.

As a working environment is very good but some management things which beyond our expectations so it is not possible to grow as well as continue long time service at there.
