Working hours are 10 hours a day, something which becomes very exhausting. Salary is descent and increment is only once in 2-3 years. Very strict on work timings and attendance also.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The company is open to innovation, but not readily adopts latest technology. Infact the higher management hides the basic work structure from almost all employees. So employee unable to understand the basic requirements for " management what's need from employee target and where needs to be improve".

Dislikes

Compensation and growth rate both are low due to a huge gap between management requirement and actual on going work. Also there is no on-job training for different levels staff or workers. So senior person like me have to guide them step-by-step (Spoon feeding) which is painful to me mostly.

HODs should be more focused for the better function of their respective departments.
