Everything from salary to working hours. They don’t have any appreciation of any human beings instead just try to make money from their employees. Working hours range from 10-12 hrs daily.

Likes

Nothing. Had a terrible experience. No life after work as all the time is consumed by the company and very bad compensation.

Almost everything. The management is the worst with terrible ownership. They exploit employees a lot. No respect for employees and employees are not considered as humans by them. Not recommended to join this company ever.

Office is near main road Employees are good in nature (not management)

...stry area of noida (you will feel like working in factory) No proper management No proper documentation (you will not get salary slip, ID card, proper appointment letter etc.) No proper task management (everyone will endup overloading in work) personal life get disturbed due to overtime (almost all days)

...t finance and accounts department so they think we are just free all the time. No allowance available, no bonus on Diwali, no fix timing of office as if you are going around 6:30pm then also they say why you are going- have you done this or that. These reviews are only when you are working for Account and finance department not for the engineering department.

Dislikes

Mismanagement company that's the description of this company. If there are rules then only this company can run otherwise not.

At the time of interview they will promise so much thing but after joining they will not full fill single promise. U work for them that is matter. They don't have any employee value. If u will talk to MD he will simply show his arrogance.
