Number of leaves Leaves. Sufficient number of leaves allows employees to take break whenever need and rejuvenate themselves. There is a lot of opportunity to learn compared to big MNCs

Salary hikes and promotions are based on how management feels and not dependent on employees performance.

Although the company is good but if we talk about hike and benifits they are minimal. There are many rules related to onsite as well. Over n all the company is ok. Don't expect that you will learn new things over here. They claim that they are a product based company but they are not Fully product based. Work from home facility is available but may differ according to your manager.
