Flexible timings, evening snacks, helping colleagues, good onsite opportunities

Dislikes

Although the company is good but if we talk about hike and benifits they are minimal. There are many rules related to onsite as well. Over n all the company is ok. Don't expect that you will learn new things over here. They claim that they are a product based company but they are not Fully product based. Work from home facility is available but may differ according to your manager.

Technia has flexible working hours so work life balance is pretty much satisfactory.

1. Flexible working hours 2. Supportive team mates 3. Onsite chances for experienced persons 4. Mediclaim and PF benifits 5. Small but good cafetaria.

Dislikes

1. Indian management is not supportive. 2. You might not get work related to your profile 3. Hike and perks are limited. 4. You need to be in good books of your team lead.

Work Details

I was a good experience to work there. It is a PLM based company so if you are from PLM background then it might help you to grow. It's hard to be a part of their product team, everyone else work in the service side of the company.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Less onsite opportunities. some false promises. No proper guidelines for promotion non-agreement with cross-team can hamper you success. Need to be visible with two teams (onsite manager and cross-line manager)
