You get your Salary on time, nothing else.

Dislikes

There is no management, senior managers are running a monopoly there, no scope of learning, no motivation, big politics in management, no role of HR, manager's rule, washrooms are always dirty, no work-life balance, expect you to work on Sat and Sun, and even after office. Company policies are very bad, once you leave the company you have to beg them to clear your dues. Wouldnt recommends growing your career there.

Only salary comes on 15th that is the best thing. Monday to Friday work is good. CEO sir is good cordial friendly humble nature The projects are good. Managers are knowledgeable.

Dislikes

Huge mismanagement. Stressful environment. No personal life Unacceptable target was given. Seniors don't know when the task will finish but are assigned to juniors. You will get mental pressure. New employee are given resign within 1-2month Always burden take assigned but you need to be do on sat/sun too.
