New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

If you are 15+ years experienced person and want to kill time and make money at the same time without having any stress go for this company. If you are young in your career or if you have ambitions of doing something then dont even bother going for interview , you will be dissapointed.

No management, Hukum Shahi, leader can do anything without any notice. We don't get with permission. Full retirement life. Ha Ji ha Ji karo party's do and enjoy your office ours

Dislikes

No training, no learning, no work, only do ha Ji ha Ji and party's to your lead. Hod have no interest to do any project. He is just enjoying his life watching move to viviyana. Doing his personal work. Some body pin him then only he wake-up.

Techint is a good organization to work with. Initial period of my carrier there were good projects and work content also good. However later there were no EPC projects and I couldn't digest the vacuum period.

Its a professional company. The perks and benefits they promised before joining, they have delivered. Almost all facilities for working are provided by the Company.

Some facilities are removed like internet, just bcoz, some idiot ignorant employee thinks its not required. For expats, internet is required at workplace to remain in touch with family back home.
