Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

The working environment of TechGropse is positive and the management of the company also appreciates your work. If you are unable to complete your task they help to make a work strategy and also motivate you.

Dislikes

The company never provide additional benefits such as bonus, PF, Health Insurance, etc.

No job security, no culture, worst management , no salary on time , won't provide on hold salary if employees leaves the company. Money hungry , high pressure , no overtime compensation.

Management is at its worst, salary isn't provided and is kept on hold for 2 months.

There is nothing to like. This is not a company. They are group of 5 freelancers. Don't join TechGropse.

Dislikes

Salary issue, they cheated with salary part. They never provide salary on time. Work culture issue. HR and CEO of this company is very cheap minded. They do fake promises if you are not a buttering person they fired you without any notice. Please don't join this company.
