The only downside is that they don’t provide a salary on the 1st of month. The company should ensure salaries are paid by the 4th of each month, allowing employees to meet rent and EMI payments due before the 5th.The management needs to make a commitment to guarantee timely salary disbursement.

Likes

A very supportive CEO to understands the needs of the employees and looks into it. Timings are very good. Weekends are off. Evening snacks are provided by the company. Overall the company has a relaxed work atmosphere.

Dislikes

...have to meet 8 hours. This actually reduces the interaction among the employees. Salary hikes should be provided in a timely manner. Eventhough I worked in this company for 2 years, only a one time hike was given to me.

Overall, I really liked the ambience and environment of our office.

Dislikes

As a designer, I did not understand the point behind maintaining 8 hours of productivity in desklog even though we were working from office. There were many days where I had to simply pass my day at the office by just scrolling around using my mouse so that I wont be idle in my desklog. It would have been good If we were able to leave the office when our assigned work is over, and also if the work hours were flexible. There were no ice breaking sessions to get to know the employees of other department.

The working atmosphere is pretty good. Colleagues are great to work with. Weekends are off and we get free snacks in the evening.

Dislikes

We are made to install Desklog to track employee productivity. Although a mechanism to keep tabs on employee productivity is nice, this current system takes away all the freedom in the workspace. The tool registers idle time if there is no mouse activity for three minutes. So as you can imagine, we always have this in the back of our mind when we are engaged in any kind of tasks. It would be great if the company could do something about this.

Dislikes

During probation period there should be atleast one leave per month or else reduce probation period for 3 months. During these days everyone get sick due to corona,viral fever, etc so it will be great to add casual or sick leave instead of paid leave because each penny is so important for common people.
