noting is there to like. HR person have no right to release any employee documents. Process oriented not, only director oriented company. Employee safety and security policy is not there Director never care if employee become injured in accident. Director never approves new employee probation confirmation on time always delay 3-4 month. Company policy not similar for all employees depends on director it always differ for all employees. No compensatory leave for those who are working on holiday. No overtime policy who is working in late night. Employee Gratuity policy is not there for those who are working from 5 years back. Employee retirement policy is not there. No maternity leave policy for female employees director not interested in the same. No Group health insurance for new joinee after confirmation he/she is eligible for the same depends on director. Not using any HR software expecting max manual work from HR and admin. No employee appraisal policy all depends on director only.
