It's not the people together it's the people in the middle. It's the usual case in all the company, when the top management starts trusting someone they never question them again. The people in the middle use this blind trust to their advantage and hide their improper management by blaming the employees. until the TLs and managers are questioned properly there is no hope of growth for this company. People could come and go they can hire multiple people who will not stay there for long and they'll be thriving for survival.

Worst Place to work. The management people was totally disrespectful. They don't know how to treat an employee. Having cheap mentality project managers, they won't treat employees in a professional way. They will force you to work in a different role. They even build a smooth relationship with HR professionals. Totally a waste of time.

Projects manager experience are irrelevant to the job position. They have no idea what's going on. And if any knowledge person suggest any idea they will fire them. They know only to do politics. top management is worst. Anytime you will be fired . no job security . Skilled people cant work here. Sometime company act as Jumanji, you cant get out of there when you wish. Lot of miscommunication between employee and top management. They never listen to employee problems and ideas. If you enter the company you will work in irrelevant position every month . Lots to say. Simply stay away !
