You will have to work more than 12-15 hrs a day. You won't get a good appraisal. Just don't join. just don't. Worst life choice.

Nothing as such, apart from the thing that they provide even if you are not qualified for the role but have confidence to do tha job.

Work culture and CXOs, they are all spineless and always into playing blame games.

There's not much to like about TCZ as they don't give you options to like anything even if you want to like something about TCZ they would take it away.

You can work for 24 hours for 7 days still there will be no appreciation. Salaries are delayed. They give pennies in the name of hike. Poor management.

The work is challenging but rewarding and I feel like I am learning a lot everyday.

Dislikes

Work load is high sometimes becomes hectic to manage but at the end you always get a great satisfaction and something new to learn.

The company has a very hostile environment and their work life balance almost doesn't exist as they expect you to work tilll 2am in the morning or on weekends just to prove your investment and dedication in your job.

Dislikes

my fellow Employees were quite great and helpful unlike the manager and the projects that used to come there for design were from quite cool brands
