...ike anything. Don't ever work with them there is nothing called management here. They withhold employees salary , even they have to take loans to give their employee salary . Worst organisation I have ever worked with.

I have been working with Techchef family since one month and its really nice to work with such experienced people who is not only supportive but kind to me. I am so grateful for this opportunity given by Mr. Rakesh Kumar, Mr. Anish Kumar and, Mr. Chandan Kumar. They gave me time and space for my exam which was very helpful for me. Culture is also very cool and the one thing I love most about Techchef Data Recovery is their environment, they cherish each moment and take very good care of their employees.

Overall I would say that Techchef is a good company where one can feel like a family member. The people who left techchef or the one company fired they guys were not serious on their roles and responsibility. Techchef is very growing company and just few week ago they moved to a bigger space in Connaught Place new delhi.

they should think twice to make office timings flexible .... Timings strictly 9-6 sometime very tough to manage.

Likes

The Founders and CEO of the company are really humble and polite to their employees. And most importantly, they care for their employees. The office environment is very work-friendly. Seniors are also very frank and polite to their juniors. Overall I felt that Techchef data recovery is a great company with awesome facilities and a friendly environment for their employees.
