You may learn a lot if you want to but it become very difficult for you to learn because people on various position don't let you learn.

Dislikes

1. Salary is very low and never credited on time 2. Appraisal is very difficult to get due to their policy and even if they provide you then they made you cry for your incremented salary and ariary. Even some time they deny to give and only give 10-20% 3. Its very difficult to get you own earned leave 4. No work life balance they will asked you work till 8 pm. 5. CEO and his wife so called hr director don't understand humanity they are like make things do later first complete your work. Even you are sick or their is some family emergency. 6. Ceo can shout at you any time and he mandatory start shouting on you before and after the salary time 7. Even they can provide you your fnf amount and bonus even you left the organization. list is so long. 8. Don't trust 5 star rating they get it by saying if you don't rate their will be consciences.

There is nothing to like about this place none of the general ethics are followed. They just exploit people in need and freshers.

...icies not complied with government more like you have sold your soul to them. 2.Salary never comes on time on document it says till 7th of every month but never comes before 12th. also you will daily get a taunt from the CEO that i am paying you. 3.Leave you can never enjoy, on leaves he will call after leave he will taunt you for no reason. 4.Traumatic place CEO shout his throat out on people like everyone is his slave, very brutal with the employee even the HR who claimed to be HR head and have zero knowledge of Human resource management helps his husband in exploiting the employees. 5. Infront of my eyes many people have been assaulted because they are fresher, handicapped, or the person who is not out spoken. 6.They never give leaves not even to pregnant women or ill person, don't provide WFH simply tell people to resign when they need wfh and don't compensate them with FnF.

Working culture at Techbridge is very good and everyone is very helpful here. As I am married, still able to balance my professional and personal life. TechBridge helps one to grow more and learn new things in their profile, overall its a very great experience over here.

i have been working since December, 2022 in TechBridge, i have gained lot of knowledge and growth, I think this is the best company for freshers who need to learn new things all the seniors behave well and help in personal growth as well.
