Fu.........up my career this is what i liked about them

Fake company, deceptive tactics, explotative management, questionable integrity, employee unfriedly, forced resignations, no compensation, immediete terminations, employee firing etc etc............................................. Please don't fu..................... your career with them.

I hate everything about this company. No hikes, no appreciation. No activities for employee engagement. Everyone is overworked. Daily forced exit cases. Rude management. Nothing special on festivals (,not even a Rs.10 chocolate).

Revamp in the overall outlook of the Company. The future looks too promising with the CEO torch bearing from the front.

Need to create an positive work environment where the employees stay inclusive and with high moral always.

Have got the opportunity to work remotely that’s the plus and if you show you are capable of handling work well then you are given enough space to perform but a good team is all you need like any other firm

Dislikes

I think it’s high time company should rethink about the priority given to employee benefits and appraisal’s . No Rewards for performance , no benefits to employees and most importantly no job security. Laying off results in losing trust in the company ethics and culture.

Actually speaking we are not working we have given the ownership that was a great belief and faith given to employee by the organization. Great to be part of such as amazing organization and also happy to work for many years here and improve my career. Thank you for the opportunity to express ou opinion here.

Only one thing I want to talk is Laptop which we have received are very old and very slow for working
