Nothing work culture and Vp is very cheap. Mr Sarabjeet and Hr megha is the worst people of the organisation. May God will give what they did to others

Despectful. No work life balance. Poor salary. Managers are the king of the company no value of employees. Company can be good but they need to fire top management people and HR megha. Company culture depends upon the management and if management is working with a cheap boss and employee mentality then no one can save the company

...dependence, often following the directives of management without due process. 5. During interviews, attractive salary packages are promised, but actual take-home pay falls far short of expectations. Additionally, deductions for health insurance are made without providing valid insurance cards.

...idn't continue in that organisation because of highly unprofessional management. Who didn't even paid my 20 days salary and released me immediately without allowing me to serve notice period which backfired me by saying we don't give you 20 days salary rather you give the company money for not serving notice period. That's how this company will play cheap tactics to cut the employee salary and get the work done by keeping that person in PIP. And when you leave that company they will always give negative feedback in background verification which anyway they don't leave you in peace whether you joined or leave the company. Their is no use to do a complain to the CEO Mr Harpreet nor the VP Mr Sarabjeet as they will anyway don't listen, they simply ignore all your mails and neither you will get any help from the HR.

Work environment is okay . Celebrations of different festival is plus point.

Salary is very less as compare to work and task they assign. Deduct double salary even after the prior notice for sick leaves .

After Investing 1.5 years into this company, it's disheartening to note the lack of growth opportunities. The absence of basic amenities like provision of laptops and dedicated workspace further adds to the challenges. while the concept of WFH is embraced the sporadic presence of managers, and the absence of direct managerial support, poses obstacles in seeking guidance and feedback. Additionally, the absence of a designated manager, with only senior managers present, complicated the hierarchical structure. Overall, this experience has ben less than fulfilling, leaving much to be desired in terms of professional development and support.
