I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

This is consultancy.. don't believe to them they are fraud..in delhi they are running consultancy for money .. ones you will give money they will not arrange job and they will not return Money..

The team mates in the company is supportive and helps us to make the work better.

Dislikes

The high work pressure was the main issues faced in Smartwise Tech. Work life balance is poor. Even the propoer sleep has to be sacrificed for completing the works. The company do not have a policy of salary appraisal. Even after working for hours, no one appreciate our works or dedication.
