timing is good, as & when employees want to change requests, company agreed because company fear employee will leave job

there is politics in every department, backbiting, no equality, no equal appreciation & increment & so on

Shift timings are good and flexible. No work pressure except for 4-5 days.

Dislikes

Culture is not good. High level politics and backbiting. No strict HR policies for wrong behaviour. Management is partial. Team leads are dependent on old employees. Managers themselves accept that there is no career growth. Appraisals are very less.
