No appreciation even you work more then required. Too much political gameplay. If you bend your knees before managers then your job is secure. If you give resignation then you will become a outsider. How much experience you have that is waste even a intern come from Head office you have to listen to them. Because people seating in head office they become superior to you even they don’t know any subject or experience.

Good work environment, but there is very little or negligible salary increment over years, less growth opportunity and management is not open to suggestions at specific locations. Salary offered as per experience is very less as compared work load

Tech Mahindra company Teammates are supportive and the management also. The company rules and timings are so much and all employees and faculty every minute every important of every person. This is so important in my life .
