What I like most in TechMahindra is work culture. You will have job security if you have good relations with your manager. Other company policies are also good.

...n to person but managers must learn corporate ethics . Career growth is average. No salary hike. politics again differs from team to team and person to person. work life balance is good.

No food,Not even Tea or Coffee,Too much of Politics,Low Salary compared to other companies,Targets,Weekend support,Will not get paid for extra days we work.

Except Salary pay scale as per band and increment cycle, everything is good - Learning, Career Path, CSR, IJP.

Delay in increment, Management mostly the sales team delays the decision, Organization first associates later policy, Transport is from associates own pocket though an associate work as per client working hours.

You can work on different roles from top to bottom like from solution architect, coe,business analyst to system administrator hardware engineer.

To put it very simply, there won't be a double-digit salary hike even if you work for 10 years. The management is toxic, and it can be very depressing. Start learning new things while working here, as nothing in this company will provide you with good experience, except the total years of experience."
