No promotions or appraisals since last 3 cycles and now they are reducing the variable payout to 80% too.. Firstly the salary being paid is very less and on top there are no promotions or appraisals and when asked why, the leadership team doesn't have an answer. Very bad team management. On top this cut on variable pay too. Too bad and extremely disheartening. TechM never fails to disappoint its employees

Management is poor. Staff is also very aggresive. No timings for girls. Salary is very very low according to the word and pressure. This is the main reason or attrition. Specially In IOIP team. Tech Mahindra Noida sector 64 a-6. If you want to keep continue the previous image of tech Mahindra then company should remove that seniors who just know about to take work Only instead of knowing what issues team facing on ground level.

There is no job security in Tech Mahindra. So think twice before joining there. Before joining to the company the HR's will talk to us very nicely. but once we join there no one will help to resolve your issues. In such cases you need to get help from your co-worker and I am not sure why the company having HR department to resolve employee queries. I had joined the company Jun 2022, but they haven't allocated to any project and they kept me on business wait for 3months. If they don't have a projects then why they want to hire employees. At the end of 3rd month HR called and as per the rules if the resource stays in a business wait for more than 90days, they will terminate the employees. I left the company on Oct 2022. My journey with Tech Mahindra ended so soon. I didn't even expect that from such a big organization. So think before joining to the company.

No personal touch. Lot of pressure. Management just like to talk about work. No sick leave policy Incentives has been revised Instead of increament they are demotivating Since Covid 2020 first time we have received hike in salary. I would request you specially for bpo in techmahindra for commerce zone try to perform medical test like cholesterol, sugar and bp 90% population are on medicine and struggling for health issues

Dislikes

Biased and Partial. No growth at all. Political Environment. Salary is like 1/4th of Market demand. In the name of IJP there is a salary increment of 200 rupees. For promotions they don't need hard working people only needs buttering. They won't give you leaves in your emergency as well. Job security is poor.
