To put it very simply, there won't be a double-digit salary hike even if you work for 10 years. The management is toxic, and it can be very depressing. Nothing yet, May be if you want to relax, this is better, as they won't have any challenging work. All you can do is work for you ticket for some time and finish it off. The time spent on the office work will be really less.

Shouting, screaming and blame shift is very normal in day to day life. * Seniors will behave in a way they own you, they have bought you for that cheap salary they provide. * Office politics is very concerning.
