The only thing I like is Mr. Mahindra if we say Tech Mahindra else there is nothing that you could like about the company.

Dislikes

#Lack of Communication. #Unfair Pay. #Managers are useless, all friendship is going inside the process or departments. #Mr. Mahindra has to keep a sharp eye on Managers specially on SmithsNews process. #Every manager is playing his own card irrespective of values and ethics of company.

No proper salary structure and no hikes will be given, very much delay in hikes not proper policy they follow.

Dislikes

Becoz of salary delay and percentage they will be very less comparative with other organization, no career growth will be seen.

The most important thing is work culture over there and the way everyone holds each other no matter what supervisors are always available to help. Excellent working environment.

No cab facility in odd hours , for female employee. no salary growth , no promotion eve 7 years of employement, no remushment for relocation .no skill development program.favouratism of upper management and clients.

Only just average package of salary nothing else.

6 days of working in a week and no leave for employees working everyday for 10 hours shift in which only 1 hour of break, and that break will be monitored and not to be extended. They also call in national holiday, no diwali no cristmas, work life is very stressed, never join this company, if have some work the tech Mahindra management will not look and their Clients is very harsh and rude.
