Pay scale is good , On time Salary & 5 days working. It's client (KBR) has lots of onshore and offshore projects in which you will get a chance to work on. MY PERSONAL OPINION ONLY FOR THE SHAKE OF SALARY BUMP DON'T JOIN HERE , IF HAVE A GOOD PERMANENT JOB IN A EPC OR DESIGN CONSULTING FIRM.

They offer 3rd party agency job and you will be treated as an external contract employee. Employee wellbeing is zero here at Tech Mahindra Target based job where client (mainly KBR Inc.) don't want to listen any of your problems caused by uncooperative Tech.M senior management, at the end of the day the want thier output only and you will be sandwiched in between. Position offer is useless here as mostly you will be working under principal designer or sr. Designer at the client side. Even if your position at Tech.M is of engineer but at client side your roles will be mostly of Designer or modeler or drafter. Tech.M management and seniors are extremely uncooperative, extremely commanding and have no empathy towards thier employees. Don't fall for WFH or hybrid working culture traps because those are only lies that Tech.M HR will feed you before joining. Even if thier Client(KBR) have no issues in WFH but Tech.M won't allow it. These people are very strict in that matter. There is also no sense of any job security in these kind of 3rd parties agency where you will be working on Contract at the KBR or client site. Bunch of liers only these ppl are. Some times it feels like they don't know what they want and what they want to be. It's laughable only. I couldn't able to get a clear feedback before I join here and i took a worst kind of decision by joining here. PLEASE DON'T DO THE SAME MISTAKE & DON'T JOIN HERE.

Except Salary pay scale as per band and increment cycle, everything is good - Learning, Career Path, CSR, IJP.

Delay in increment, Management mostly the sales team delays the decision, Organization first associates later policy, Transport is from associates own pocket though an associate work as per client working hours.

Low Salary, No hikes, long working hours, calls for long hours after shift ends. Continuous calls from manager after work timings. No work life balance. No skill development as you are shifted from project to project when you start learning. No team bonding. Everyone tried to put blame on one another. No team lunches. No appreciation of work done. No comp off provided for working on weekends. Bad food on campus.

You can work on different roles from top to bottom like from solution architect, coe,business analyst to system administrator hardware engineer.

...ategory. No onsite opportunity but at the time of joining they ask for passport. Hike is nominal if you get 5rating then you will be promoted but don't think about increase in salary. False commitment
