The only thing which was good about this job is it was work from home

I joined techmahindra in aug,21 on contractual basis it was a pathetic experience. They don't give the committed salary the salary you'll get is on basis of customer satisfaction and customers are not satisfied because flipkart doesn't get the order delivered, and cancel the order of their customers so that they can hike the price. There is work and life balance, they can ask you to login at any point of time. And the illiteracy level of their management is heights so please beware before joining this firm

Salary is always on time. Management is really helpful.

Too much of biasedness and hell lot of politics. Two snakes in Navi Mumbai Academy in Academics team. Anyone joining there need to be aware of them. They can bite you when you anytime.

The objective behind the project and inclusivity idea is worthy. I enjoyed my work. It gives lot of satisfaction at the day end.

There is no salary hike and only work load,showoff of doing greater social work jus for documentation.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair they give good salary hike and bonus ever year .

There is a lot of politics and Tha management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow . There is a bond r 2 years before which you cannot resign . On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Head office staff was very cordial and good organization.

Dislikes

Kolkata TMF management team is very biased and dirty internal politics hamper original works .Due to such dirty environment after 5 years with 100% performance .. have to leave. TMF is good organization but do not join Kolkata office. Thus retention level is very low.
