The Tech support team has to face rhe worst in this company no support from manager and no support from the management for flexibly your entire work-life balance is zero if you enter in this company. You have to come early 5:00 am in the morning no flexibility is provided so don't swiy carrer in tech support in this company.

Everything is a dislike, I advise management to go and get hire a capable and educated manager who have skills and can actually talk.

Team members are very supportive and has a great work dynamic. The TL and Manager are always on top of any mistakes by the team and quickly resolve them to prevent escalations. Everyone, including TL/Manager, is available 24*7 to support any emergencies that may arise. The HR dept is also very supportive, constantly gathering feedback from employees to improve the services. They have even changed company policies to benefit employees. WFO has many benefits, especially for healthy discussions and improving technical knowledge through brainstorming with team members to resolve any issues. The Manager is very kind and supportive towards all employees and provides flexibility in the work schedule.

- The process they are following are well maintained. - The office location and office ambiance is good.

Dislikes

- The company culture needs boost. Managers are doing high level micromanagement. - No job security. They will directly ask you to go home with irrelevant reason. - When it comes to increment they are not offering good growth neither financially neither professionally. - They are failed to retain existing customers and also they are not having much sustainable projects. - They hire lot people and they project closes they lay off bunch.

Still, I do not find anything good about the company

Dislikes

There is no work-life balance, Management expectation is to dedicate 24 hours to the company employees are expected to work in there are not shifts, and shift timing is so odd without any reason like morning at 5 am, and afternoon at 12 pm. If your logout is 9 pm the next day your shift might come 5 am. So you will get only 5 hours of sleep and have to come office. While hiring they will tell you that it monthly rotation but after joining you will understand that shifts are changing every 2 days. There is no bound but here's the catch When you sign the HR handbook there is a rule that you can't leave the company before 6 months or you have to pay 1 month's salary The JD they add for hiring and actual Job role are East and West. There is no chance to grow or no Policy that you can change your role in the future, if you work for 3 years your role will not change

I have to share my positive experience with NOC's exceptional team & company culture. I work in a 24*7 environment & appreciate the flexibility offered by the company. The night shift is from WFH with an allowance, while the morning shift is from WFO with another allowance. This flexibility allows me to attend to emergencies and family functions without any interruptions, Thanks to the supportive TL and Manager. I enjoy the morning shift, as it allows me to spend the entire day with my family after 1 pm. Related to noon shift starts at 1:00 pm, which means I can take care of any work related to public places. The night shift is also beneficial for my health, considering can WFH with extra allowances. The TL/Manager is very supportive of their team members, both for personal and project-related issues. On public holidays and weekends, WFH facilities are provided to ensure that NOC engineers can enjoy their personal life while working in a 24*7 environment. The company has a roster that takes care of each NOC engineer's pre-planned leave, allowing them to enjoy time with their families. Lastly, the TL, Manager and company are invested in their engineer's growth. They encourage us to learn new skills to develop our careers and achieve good positions within this company. Recently, I was promoted to Lead from TSE, which shows that there is a growing path for one's career in this company.
