Work atmosphere and politics. Company rules keep on changing every month. False commitments by the company and target based work, where salary is deducted if you don’t meet the target. Incentives are just for show off. No one can achieve it, as the target is not possible to meet by anyone.

Not a organisation it is basically a school where higher authority are the principal themselves. No time flexibility they will call you any time for any silly reasons. They don't treat employees as a human but as a robots, there is no security for girls they don't provide free transport also don't provide any help in need. The company and its authorities are extremely rude. No career growth. Also other day other rules. New polities according them no standard guidelines for every employee. Such a waste of time.

I have been here almost 2 years, organization is very excellent as per my experience. Workculture is good as well extremely friendly staff and TL's. They gave me peace of mind in difficult time of my life. Thanks TCMS🤗
