Salary is always delayed, causing unnecessary financial stress. Work life balance is extremely poor with constant unpaid overtime. Night shift employees including women are denied basic facilities like cab services. No employee benefit policies like PF, health insurance, etc., when asked by employees for these facilities senior management says you can take it from market as company cannot provide any such facility at this point. Senior Management team lacks professionalism and vision. Worse, there is clear favoritism with management seemingly obsessed with certain female employees, which creates an uncomfortable and biased work environment Top management is turning company into a shop culture prioritizing their personal gains above employees.

Nothing. Complete politics and no appraisals, no incentives, delayed salary, unfair policies.

Time consuming when they bring new skftwares or tools for pricticity. I remember when they had intricuded new ATS and new CRM. It disturbed the work flow
