Not much. You learn how to manage people on your own because the main management is incompetent. If you like teaching people how to do basically anything, then that's there for you in abundance.

Dislikes

...nce whatsoever, no employee benefits - not even the basic stuff like PF and ESI. You get one salary package on paper but something entirely different (less than the original) in hand, and you literally NEVER get salary on time (usually 1-3 weeks later). Strict and impractical rules like that of a kindergarten. In summary, do yourself a favor and look for another company.

i was given basic training to improve on my skills for 3 months, after that i was given a dummy project to work on where i worked with team leads to learn how projects actually work 1. we got great food 2. supportive team leads 3. they take new ideas form every one depending on how good the ideas is for the client project

Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits
