Nothing is good in this company I believe the company is making pipelines only while their clients are not active and not even they conduct interviews for active candidates 60 to 70 candidates they put on hold in a month and for awaiting feedback after all these issues they questioning hardworking employees only and their team are doing lunch and party while some employees working on those days also I highly recommend don't join this pathetic company. They will assign you other employees work after shift also and no matter how long you worked they didn't appreciate at all. 2 years of experience persons are managers and leaders in this company they don't know how to talk properly such a pathetic company. they terminate employees without any valid reason at sudden without even written warring. Terrible work culture.

They terminate employees for their ego and satisfaction of a sudden without any valid reason their current employees are freshers and 1 & 2 years experience persons and they're managers and leaders. if you're a hardworking, Dedicated, career-conscious person so this is not the right place for you. culture- we are working like family.. everyone here is friends and family.. Teansoft got an opportunity to get everyone together.

there are few as there are other companies also facing the same way. as its a corporation they have to do business so it will give a target to achieve it.

They terminate employees all of sudden without any proper information and warning. They promote 1-2 yrs kids aa manager who don't know how to deal and talk to employees When someone applies for the resignation they say they will terminate and will not provide any docs. To ask employee to revoke the resignation to satisfy the ego and after 2 days they terminate the employee. so perthitic.

A terrible company to work with where they remove or appoint employees based on their convenience and talk about performance when all they want is someone else to do their work. Disgusting work culture and Leaders.

Work Culture, Communication Methods, Don't even know the meaning of professionalism.
