No leave encashment and job security where they don't even pay us for one month once client last working day

Happy to be part of Teamware solutions. Great support from HR buddies. Leave policy is great. if we talked prior about the leaves (12+16) with the organization its wide and enough leave policy.

It Would be great if they provide proper increment and hike on time. Also they should consider providing extra beneficiary support like medical insurance for family(we can pay for it). Regarding Leave policy TWS should be transparent to employee and the clients.. to us they said 28 days(12+16) but to my client they accepted only for 12 days leave.

...em, your HR will try to solve this. They will respond you anytime you need help. Never got any issue with salary, on 1st of every month the salary will be credited.

They provide an annual salary hike, quarterly morale-boosting initiatives, and festival goodies. The HR team checks in with you once a month to discuss your job and work environment. If you have any issues, you can always reach out to them, and they are extremely helpful.

Leave encashment is not an option, but introducing employee recognition programs, such as "Employee of the Month" or similar titles, could motivate employees and encourage them to focus more on their work.
