...haviour from HR team. We canot even expect minimum respect from the management. Please beware of your salary or any other pays when you are going out from the company because once you submit all assets to the clint company you canot get your balence salary for sure. This is my own experience after working around 2 years.

No minimum respect for the employees. Once work done, no one will not even respond you. Very commercial and business minded management.

Leave encashment is not an option, but introducing employee recognition programs, such as "Employee of the Month" or similar titles, could motivate employees and encourage them to focus more on their work.

No job security, Any time they can change there leave policy and your saved leaves will completely revoke. since last 3 years they have not given me any kind of increment.
