I am a part of a company products and has a global client base and I am work happly in collaboration and I also like the employs treating realy good

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. I do receive appreciation emails from my client but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals. Also there is no on job training for frehers

Its good to go company if you don't have any job or you are fresher otherwise there's many more companies to apply if u have experience

Salary issue not fixed time or will be on 7-8 no health benifits no appraisals no bonuses

I have been working since last 2 years with these company. The company is gives good package and lot of facilities like yearly increment and bonus also. I am very happy that i am part of theses company.

There is lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is none of 1 year no timing no port folio no data target is high'
