To learn new things but for a limited period of time... Daily new challenges. And to work on that we could learn new, things daily atleast 1.

After we learned everything there is nothing to learn..we have to work on daily process.. No environment of learning new things or no promotion.

Likes

Good company with lots of team members, timely payment. Company policies are good. As per my knowledge, it has structured way of process and they are trying very to much automate most of the process.

Dislikes

Less carrier growth and less increment. No separate training for new joiners, direct on job learning. Management needs to improve on treating the team members and work distribution. Work life balance is not that great! Most of the days needs to extends (Various reasons).

I would not comment on the other functional teams . India HR Team who is a manager named Skylar ceaser and Recruiting coordiantion lead Priyanka Tyagi have a habit of favoritism between contracters and full time employees. To be honest I have faced lot of torcher, harrasment and was treated like a workforce factory and pushed me to work after a clock. I had worked 15hours and they remove the employees without any imtimation which is regular pattern and service given. These two employees dont deserve the position and no where match with airbnb core values. No hike/increment, No bonus, No promotions, No carrer growth, More politics and games in Recruitment Coordination India team untill people like Priyanka tyagi and Skylar Caesar exist in the team. They play with other people carrer who they feel as their competitor and throw the employees out without their knowledge.

Employees and leaders in HR are warm and friendly. They are undergoing a transformation and are open to listening to employees

Dislikes

Poor quality hiring, low job security , not committed to customer orientation or quality

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable.

Dislikes

Long distance Travelling . I have to work 14-16 hours straight in a day .
