There was noticeable differential treatment between permanent employees and vendors, which affected morale. 2. Lack of Learning Opportunities: No training programs or skill development initiatives were provided, making career growth difficult. 3. Poor Management & High Workload: The workload was excessive, and there was minimal support from the management to streamline tasks efficiently. 4. No Work-Life Balance: Despite fixed working hours, we were expected to be available beyond duty hours, constantly supporting users with no consideration for personal time. 5. No Overtime or Benefits: The company did not provide overtime pay, bonuses, or any additional benefits despite employees putting in extra hours. 6. No Career Growth: There were no clear career progression paths, promotions, or opportunities to enhance skills. 7. Unfavorable HR Policies: HR policies lacked transparency and were not employee-centric, making it difficult to address concerns effectively. 8. Micromanagement: Employees were not given the autonomy to make decisions, leading to frustration and inefficiency. 9. Unreasonable Work Hours: Although the contract mentioned an 8-hour shift, we were regularly required to work 11–12 hours without any additional compensation. 10. Lack of Recognition: Hard work and dedication were rarely acknowledged or rewarded, which was demotivating for employees.

Waste...No contact from any manager.lts been 3 years, they only send one email about timesheet, and warnning email of salary deduction if not filled timesheets and they do unnnessry deduction of salary for all falls reason.

The company is ok not very professional or polished I would say in their dealings.

They haven't paid me my last month's salary even after following up with them. They have blocked me from their internal mailing list hence I cannot contact the person in charge.

If client pays on time then you get salary on time .

They promise you that they will hire on contract and deploy you to other project within 3 months of bench if the current client contract ends. However, they will simply send a notice of contract completion and FnF settlement details within a month. They brainwash you with all false benifts and information unless you join the company and then leave upto you and client. If you thinking of joining to this company on payroll bases, then its a worst decision that you will ever make.
