Only the Salary was processed on time, after submission of timesheet to client. And the Work from home policy depends on the client you're working on, not with the payroll company.

...'t worried about giving hike, if client extends the contract for more than year. No follow-up from company end with client on salary hike, even the duration was extended month by month; no job security & work satisfaction. No follow-ups from them, for retention if someone plans to resign from company.

The company is ok not very professional or polished I would say in their dealings.

They haven't paid me my last month's salary even after following up with them. They have blocked me from their internal mailing list hence I cannot contact the person in charge.

Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria for chilling.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There are not giving any hikes and bonus

It is just a consultancy.. I worked for TCS with their payroll.. It's just ok.. when TCS doesn't need you.. Teamlease will throw u out..simple

Salry will be credited only if TCS aprroved timesheet..FNF leave about it.. you won't get last month salary.. Horrible HR people who don't know basic english

High performing group of individuals who constantly help each other despite the recruitment model being target based. Workoholic s are in plenty

Sustaining such work culture for long run in career can be taxing on mental and physical health.
