...4 employees Employees are responsible if the client did not make the payment 20%-30% of salary will be deducted if the client have not make the payment The activates of the client will be hold by the different person if the work is not done employee have to suffer They don not care for the employee For exams also they wont provide leave if we contact hr they wont respond If any one dies in the family still you need to attend the calls and meetings otherwise you will be fired In case client use Unparliamentary Language that is our problem but if the client gives an appreciation than it is because of managers Follow manager everywhere and tell your manager you are god and great than you will get less client and more appraisal if not employees are dimmed in teamlease Guys be careful before joining to team lease

Only instant resolution, they don't think of the future of the employee No proper response from any team No proper contact to confirm if any doubts Once out of the organisation, forget to get any help if needed Only thing they can do is blame us back Incorrect F&F will done Incorrect information in the payslip There will be no response from the forwarded team No solution for your issue Worst experience with this company
