Supporting and solving queries are good.But No appraisal and salry increment.my current working project is going to end by this month, regarding settlement I raised query and I didn't get good response from Teamlease, Past 3.4 years worked for Teamlease. During this pandemic situation company need to support the employee by considering their 3 years relationship and do settlement amount once project gets over.if Teamlease done means I am very grateful for the company.

Nothing, they make fool to the employees when it comes to salary, appraisal, and hikes.

Dislikes

They do not follow any TAT still my F&F is pending and its more than 60 days now. DO NOT EVER JOIN THIS CONSULTING FIRM OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE IN GREAT TROUBLE AS THEY NEVER PAY ON TIME.

Salary was on time, thought it was paid in the 1st week on the month

Only instant resolution, they don't think of the future of the employee No proper response from any team No proper contact to confirm if any doubts Once out of the organisation, forget to get any help if needed Only thing they can do is blame us back Incorrect F&F will done Incorrect information in the payslip There will be no response from the forwarded team No solution for your issue Worst experience with this company

Team lease don't care about employees problem they don't entertain once they onboard, all team lease hiring employees including hr senior hr have bad attitude towards employees

No appraisal no salary increment, they cheat on salary , all team lease HR having bad behaviour and bad attitude towards employees, i will suggest to all whoever is reading this just remove 1yr of ur taking job here for name sake nd then switch job in other bank on payroll

They take 10to20 days for joining . they detect 15to20 days salary of new employees. The detect of every month but they don't deposit in epfo the transfer it to their trust . even they don't provide atleast a I'd card . its been 6months from my last working day till date I cont even my of amount and even tho is not showing when I tried check by loving in epfo site if I contact then they are responding in one word saying that you can withdrew in next month this is how TEAM LEASE management is responded to me from the past 3 months .
