They giving good package but they fully depended on clients

I remember very well when I was in Teamlease. He had some problems with his client and suddenly he broke the relationship with the client. The decision to continue the organisation it's was very difficult as we were assigned to a specific client & project . Then as per client side manager we resigned from Teamlease and continue with same project but with other third party organisation. I would say it's was a very bad experience.

They are not responsive at all. They Hold employees salary for unnecessary reasons(2-3 months). Don't clearly mention what's the actual reason. Once employees contract finish they don't pick calls though it's for genuine reasons. There's no job security at all. Their contract could be terminate at any time without any reason.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Good work environment and culture. Good training for self development and company projects. Job timing is better and convenient for employees.

In existence company Cipla, Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Nothing that much bad experience , I think company should change their pay scale.
