Everything what they said and promise you it's never TRUE, you can't trust them So I like team ideal because of they give you shock very next day of joining Best part is HR every time call you regarding same job and they don't know this person working or not in our payroll after sending full documents they will call you again for same And you may get 3-4 offer letter for same process with different salary package. You will get salary less than what they offer after deduction

There's nothing to like in team ideal Every month you get salary with different different offer letter and once you complaint about it you will be fired from HR and another HR will call you regarding your salary hike and confirm you're not fired then 3rd HR confirm that your performance is low in this month so you are in PIP. after 3 month of leaving the company you're getting calls regarding your bank account for credit salary of last 3 month

Worst Company ever. The manager here Pranali is very ill-mannered. God knows who brought her into HR. Doesn't even knows how to speak to candidates. She is still in company, just because of boss, Narendra.
