Last 2 years i am NOC as system administrator the salary is on time thats good only ..........

Manager favoritism is one of the hated reason i left to NOC ,so many polictics if you are favorite of your manager its very good to you....most the employee got LWP in covid situation and company ceo distributed food to all migrant labour but his dont know, his own worker are LWP ,HR team Behavior like they are superior in the world they doest not pick the call....that company not tolerate his worker or employee for 2 months in covid situation ,in NOC team 65 member was there right now 18-20 member here no job security..

Salary structure is very good of this company. Everyone take their salary on time like 1st day of month.

Promotion is not getting after doing 5yrs 6 months job. And salary increment is very poor. My salary has been increased 5000 rs in five year completed.

Since 2 years no any appraisal provide. When asked to Manager for appraisal they , fire on Employees and siad for termination. No HR , Reporting manager hearing. World worst experience on team computers. Never come come back again. Chet with Employees, joining time not informed to Employees how many sites covers.

There are lot of things that we can learn and improve ourselves in carrier, Supportive seniors, carrier development meetings, User friendly Darwin box interface.

There is nothing to dislike the team computers, expect less salary

Management politics slow (No) career growth slow salary growth management are on leave during festival but no leave management for engineers No benefits or training for Re engineer and No bonus No leave encashment.
