Since 2 years no any appraisal provide. When asked to Manager for appraisal they , fire on Employees and siad for termination. No HR , Reporting manager hearing. World worst experience on team computers. Never come come back again. Chet with Employees, joining time not informed to Employees how many sites covers.

There are lot of things that we can learn and improve ourselves in carrier, Supportive seniors, carrier development meetings, User friendly Darwin box interface.

There is nothing to dislike the team computers, expect less salary

There is no security of your job. They can give you LWP (Level without pay) any time without pre notice.

Your boss decides everything. No HR and other management help you . Very bad experience with Team Computers.

Work culture is very bad . HR is not at all working .No matter how hard you work for this company they will never appreciate your work .They don’t even care how extra or hard you work

Salary hike and Career growth are some of the things impossible to get in first 3 years. After that, people will get used to it. Reason for salary not getting credited in the middle of the month even though you were promised salary in first 3 days of the month, answer for your role different in your company documentation than you are appointed, or answer for any of your important questions are other things you won't get.
