I dislike so many things .. example :- if you are a good mechanical engineer then it's very easy for you that you can't get a good job after Teadit.. because there is no work for mechanical engineers . and you will lose your skills . if you are fresher then don't do job in this company because after 2 year you can't get good opportunity... to grow your profession . this is for production related person .. but others can be happy in Teadit... lessssss work so you can play PUBG whole day .. the company is an MNC that only but there is zero facelitys . I know some peoples who worked in this company after 5year they offered 10 to 15k salary in other company's. so if you want to grow your work experience then this is a very bad place for you. best of luck

Company is good in terms of job security. Work culture is ok ok. Management is supportive but at the same time doesn't allows you to explore much. Too much privacy for little little things also. Company policy is also in favour of employees.

Dislikes

I don't like thinking and mentality of overall employees. They are less helpful and always insecure about there own job role. Many superiors don't wanna take responsibility when it's actually is there call. It's MNC still doesn't gives you Sat Sun off. And you have 45 days notice period for junior level as well, which is too much.

Freedom of Decision making is limited with most powers with foreigners abroad. Understanding of Indian business of foreigners is limited. Subtle rascism exists
