...for teachers to enjoy to enjoy innovation as it aims at making learning digital. However, on the side of salary, many teachers are still complaining that it has not met the international standards of paying teachers.

...rk very hard and majority of them are concerned with the quality of performance. however, I have always had a problem with salary which I feel is not commensurate. Parent too have been seen to mounting pressure to teachers. This has not gone well with some teachers who cannot handle pressure well.

I have been appointed as Headmaster of higher secondary school in west bengal after selection in exam of "west bengal school service commision".The post of H.M is a mixture of both administration, teaching and coordination .i. have been enjoyed liberty to fulfill my dream.

1. Very good staff and teamwork 2. Vertical promotion always available depending on your performance 3. Your are guaranteed of your job. 4. Well paying and appraisal 5. It is an nun partisan no politics allowed. 6. House, commuter, hardship, medical and leave allowance are given

1. Workers are poorly motivated. 2. Some work place are not conducive for performance hence hard to be promoted. 3. You may not have time for your home life because it is involving

A nice place to work with people from different cultural backgrounds,few opportunities for training and career growth.There is job security,salaries are okay,limited travel opportunities,need for improvement on the work environment in terms of digitizing teachers records,staff can go for evening classes less innovation
