The salary and HR is really good

The vision and mission sounds fancy but is not achievable. They have not thought through anything and the senior leadership team is inexperienced on long term sustainable implementation-- in short, they celebrate and achieve very little and panic when it all goes wrong never thinking of the long term strategy
Spending time with the kids, feeling like you are making a difference. Most people are absolutely amazing and helpful. Personal growth in terms of overall personality, confidence, people skills are addressed, but greatly differs from person to person. Work hours are average provided you can prioritise and manage your time well.
...s Excel. Job opportunities post Fellowship are also limited to social sector.
Apart from diminishing future prospects, the salary provided at TFI is extremely low when the amount of work being done is considered. Financial independence is hard to get. Apart from this, after the training period, TFI offers no support to Fellows in terms of residence, transport, childcare, insurance or anything else. Granted, it is an NGO, but such support for at least a week or two would be reasonable, especially given the stressful nature of work.
I would suggest joining TFI only if you've had some years of work experience before the Fellowship so that you can switch easily after the 2 years are over. This is if you're planning to move back into the non-social work field. However, if you plan to stay in social work, TFI is a good option to consider.
the work culture is very good, the mentor under whom I was working had such a nice and helpful behavior, She guided me in the best way possible. And I got a chance to learn so much from them.
That they don’t fix a time of a salary 5-10 days delayed and also they don’t fix a working days like when they are busy in other meetings so they give us holidays for that day sometimes when we reach our office then they call us and then they informed us that today is holiday
